Lease note

1. Tenant required to pay the monthly rent on time to the owners

2. Tenants in the rental process is subject to Macau law (such as the regulation of noise) and the property belonging to the estate of the rules

3. In addition to allowing the tenant the landlord, the property can not be sublet to any person

4. Tenants in the leased property can not be changed during the inter-grid, building structure and not to undermine the status of the property

5. Tenants need to rent the full contract period, after the surrender of tenancy in order to recover the deposit
