Real Estate Tax
|
Levied on the annual income of buildings in Macau the government
will charge at a rate of 10% or 16%, according to the rent.
Payment period is from June to August every year.

Land Tax
|
Information on the land tax amount can be found on "Official
Gazatee" and the land tax should be paid in May every year.

Others
|
Legal fee is ranged from MOP$2,500 to MOP$5,000.
