In a signing appointment ceremony held on 28 December
2006, the developer, New Tenhon Limited and Midland (Macau) Limited jointly
announced that the latter has been appointed as the sole agent in Hong
Kong for the newly released 50 flats of the luxury residential development,
The Praia, which may be described as the 2nd generation prime residential
development in the north-west coastline of Macau. Owing its excellent
quality and design together with numerous club house facilities such as
constant temperature controlled swimming pool, simulated golf driving
range, health spa ... etc., the release of first phrase for Blocks 3 and
4 has been proved successfully, and number of flats sold have been accumulated
to well over 400 units.
To facilitate the sale program smoothly in Hong Kong, a showroom will
be displaced in the 25/F, World-wide House, the head office of Midland
Realty Limited, where prospectus purchasers will find more information
about the development.
"With the blooming economy of Macau and the recently openings of Hotels
& Casinos such as Wynn, Star World and New Hotel Lisboa which is scheduled

For the 50 flats which are in Block 1, the ranges of floor areas are 1,239-
1,571 Sq. Ft. (or 3 bedrooms) and the unit prices are HK$2,500 to 2,800/

would be 2008. The development is the tallest in Macau, 55 storeys.
