Mr Chung read Land Economics in the University
of Aberdeen, United Kingdom, and started his career as a
trainee surveyor when he joined the Estate Department of
Liverpool City Council in 1989 where had gained various
practical experience of property investment as well as statutory
valuations such estate /stamp duty, rating valuation and
compulsorily acquisition. Following qualified in 199I, Mr
Chung worked in the Estate Department until 1994 when he
returned to Hong Kong, and joined Chung Sen Surveyors Limited
as a valuation manager for some 7 years where he was responsible
for the provision of mortgage valuation advice for the banking
industry, noticeably the Bank of China Group.
Mr Chung have fairly extensive experience in mortgage valuation
for banks, statutory valuation, land premium assessment,
expert witness in court in respect of valuation dispute,
IPO and Lands Tribunal experience.
