Experience Mr. Cheung has extensive experience in property valuation, sale and marketing and most aspects of land matters, especially asset valuations for IPO purpose in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Singapore. Before joining Midland Surveyors Limited as Director in October 2000, he worked in senior positions in the fields of valuation, development consultancy, investment and property research in major international valuation firms. Presently, Mr. Cheung is responsible for the overall operations of Midland Surveyors Limited, Midland Realty (Macau) Limited and to some extent, the exploration of south-east Asia region.
