| Experience
Mr. Li has worked in the property and valuation
fields in Hong Kong since 1972 and has acted in senior positions
in reputable public-listed property development companies
and as consultant to surveying firms. Through these years
he has accumulated extensive experience in most aspects
of property development, management and valuation. Since
1992 he has also performed similar professional services
in land and infrastructure developments in Mainland China.
Mr. Li joined Midland Surveyors Limited as Associate Director
in January 2001. He is responsible for all valuations and
professional studies and advices. Prior to joining Midland
Surveyors Limited he had worked as Consultant to Sallmanns
(Far East) Limited.
